Today这个时间状语用在此地并不全适.

直接用"Let me tell you a joke."or "I'd like to share a joke with you."就行了.

用share比较合适，比较有现场的感觉，tell太过于死板。
Today I will share a funny joke with you everybody.

"今天我为大家讲一个笑话"用英语应该是Today let me tell a joke to all of you.

Today let me tell a joke to all of you.

Today let me tell you a joke.
